    wrapping coolant?

Is there a way to wrap the coolant or any pipes or ducts with insulator that will allow my heater to warm up much faster? It can also be used in the summer to use the cool air to blow out the hot air sitting the car after its been parked in the sun for a long time.

I know they make exhaust wrap, but for coolant?

One solution I've thought of is an engine block heater.

    coolant lines

Any reflective auto insulator should help. I've seen the material for sale for insulating hoods and the inside of vans, etc. It's not expensive. Don't use exhaust wrap - you don't need the high heat protection. I think Toyota saves big bucks by not doing these little things and allows them to produce a Corolla not a Lexus. :)
