will these rims fit?

    wow, 19lbs is heavy for 17".
    Roughly 1lbs to 1" is normal (like 17lbs for 17", 16lbs for 16"), more than that is heavy.
    I know I know, it doesn't make sense if the rim is 20" or 23" with this formula. But it works pretty well when you're looking at 13"-18" size rims.
