Cause I'm lazy... cut and paste from my blog:

I got my car tuned last Thursday, or so I thought. The guy who installed my e-Manage Ultimate set a jumper wrong and messed up the water temp sensor readings, which in turn nuked my tune. Also, while the car worked great at WOT (wide open throttle), it sucked driving in off boost conditions. While they are a great shop that do good work, I don't think they really know how to properly tune an e-Manage fuel computer. They also didn't touch any of my guesstimated timing settings, which is where all the power is made. The car should definitely be making more that 275WHP and 251ft/lbs of torque at 18psi. Long story short, I fixed a few jumpers and wires and got the car running like a champ. I still have a the issue of hot starts to resolve (car takes several attempts to restart a warm engine). I've gotten my maps working as they should and am able to floor it safely now. I floored it at a stop light (didn't exceed the posted speed limit) and started burning tires as I was finishing crossing the intersection at 16.7psi. I definitely need some better tires. I'm really excited that I've finally gotten the car running as it should. Once I get the last wires and settings in place, it's back to the speed shop so that they can tweak the settings and timing since they messed up the first time. I may have them tune for more boost; possibly up to 22psi at least.

Sounds like you are making some great progress - hats off to you.

This a local speed shop to you? Just curious.
