    i was thinking about sending the car to maaco to get it panted, its been pretty cold here for me to paint in inside my garage (28) and i cant use the paint booth at my auto collision repair class, im just an A student and need to be a D......gold94corolla do they paint the insides of the doors? and how long did the paint last

    My paint lasted.... um... until I got it repainted again 12 months later? They don't paint the insides of the doors for their super cheap price, but they definitely can. They don't use a clear coat, but the finish looks OEM.

    Saying that their paint job was better than what you did isn't exactly knocking Maaco. That makes it sound like Maaco knows what they are doing.

    If you look hard enough you'll find a better place than Maaco like I did.
    You don't want to get that enamel paint unless you know it's going to be temporary for about a year.
    but if you get Maaco's most expensive paint that shit looks good.

    Yeah horror stories from the guys who get the cheap paint.
    When you get the best paint they offer the manager himself inspects it or does it himself.
    Which one should expect paying 2000 for a paint job

    Yeah, I never got the cheapest paintjob. Their better ones are definitely good.

    Well, they probably make it temp last so that they can get more money when you come back, then feed you some garbage about how you did something wrong to make it fade, crack, bubble, explode.

    I wouldent trust anything from maaco, its like buying stuff from goodwill, it will only last for so long before it breaks.
