TRD Aurion accessories stuck on

Hi all, new here and was wondering if someone might be able to help with an odd problem that just started tonight?
I have a TRD Aurion that will not turn off the accessories (radio & dash clock) which is stopping the remotes from working!
It is a smart key system and all functions are not working as it thinks the car is in ACC mode.
I'm still able to start and drive the car but when I turn it off as mentioned the radio & dash clock stay on.
When I open the door the buzzer goes off and when I walk away the car still thinks the ACC are on and flashes/beeps "KEY NOT DETECTED"
I have to disconnect the battery so it won't drain it.
If anyone has come across this or has any suggestions I would be appreciated.
