    If you trust yourself to do it, just get a buddy to step on the brakes while you tighten the bleeder valve after the air is let out. But I'd say if you wanna guarantee that it is done correctly, go to a shop to have them switch the fluid out. If you were just doing something with the brakes and opened up the lines, I'd say do it yourself. But I don't know much about completely changing the fluid, so I say take it somewhere.
