    Wow that was beyond hilarious.

Toyota plans on meeting with Subaru to discuss concept ideas...it was somewhere in the article.

Lexus is putting out the IS250 now with an AWD option. Toyota has the technology, but they are still using it on their Lexus models instead...lame...kinda...I guess.

Toyota probably just bought part of GM's shares as a favor to the automaker since they have been buddy/buddy for a long time now... I highly doubt we'll see any major collaboration or technology sharing between Toyota and Subaru in the near future... i'm sure we'll see some, but I don't expect a whole new vehicle developped jointly by both, and I don't see Toyota trying to mess with Subaru's formula...

I agree with Teevee. :meh: More so, I don't see Subaru allowing Toyota to mess with their formula. LOL

    hehe, no shit, literally, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    was it bottled or tap?

    hehe, j/k!

true, Toyota has already leased the synergy drive to Nissan for the Altima and Maxima, next is the Sentra. it would be very hard to collaborate that configuration of hybrid with subarus advanced AWD so yeah i doubt that would happen if it did then they would have the front wheels powered by the gas engine and electric motors in the rear or vice versa.

It wouldn't be that hard. Wasn't Subaru the first to ever use a CVT in their um.... um.... crap, what was the name of that little 2-door car?

Jerky... Jimbo... JUSTY! That was it, the Justy. First ever CVT in a car, also with 4WD and like 45 hp heheh...

I'd be scared driving a Justy.......Its like a tiny box. I knew a kid in HS with one. He was too tall for it and his head hit the roof. Looked like he was getting into a toycar.

Edit- Did we reinstate post counts?
