Gold, I have to give you credit. I do have a couple of questions, Like for example changing all the dash lights blue, How did you do it? I did the 194 bulbs in my gauges but I'd like to change all the lights to blue in the Gauges, Which LED or Regular Bulbs do I use for that? and The AC Button on my HVAC is still Green and it uses those weird little green lights anyone know of a mod to change it? Same goes for the key ignition light and Window AUTO Button Light!

    the activity light?
    Added: Dec 19, 2012 6:52 PM
ehhh i decided to keep it like that, gives it a oem kinda look but if you want it blue, the cheap way is to buy that acrylic paint and spray it over the bulb....because those LED you gotta get some rectangular one and then add a resistor...too much with little space...

I changed the LEDs inside of the "activity" indicators as well.... no green ANYWHERE. I can't really explain it... just get LEDs and resistors, and solder like crazy. It was all custom, nothing was a direct swap.

technically you can but its just not worth it...You have to open it and replace the led on the circuit board..its like 4 of them.

i was going to do it because i planned on keeping my stock radio but i ended up getting the aftermarket stereo.

Also you can buy an adapter that plugs in the back of the oem radio piggy back to the cd player and you have USB and AUX ports...i still have the cable, they are all over ebay for $25

Really? I just haven't gotten in the car really. I drove it around the block before i said ok i never messed with the radio i just checked ac heat and made sure no weird clucks or anything turning and i have been doing her maintenance on it for over a year so i know the car really well i just never played with it... she is just an elderly lady and i just helped her with things so she wouldn't get ripped off at shops... its a good car... do i need to worry about the oil consumption things, i have read about it but doesn't the car blow smoke if its burning oil?
