   It was also added to the Touring Package 98-00, later to be replaced by the S in 01-02.
   A lot of people don't know about the touring and the S is more common, but both are oem skirts.

   Not always... The LE my grandma had didn't have the touring package (grey gauges, etc) but it did have side skirts.

   Oh i didn't know that. Every 98-00 Corolla that I have come across had the skirts, rear mudflap, and the gray gauges.
