I guess the term ricer bounce can also be defined by someone who has spent all their money on useless flashy modifications that they don't have enough cash left over for a decent set of replacement struts. Hence the term, ricer bounce :p

I don't care, :D. The word ricer is over used, and people don't realize that whenever they say "ricer" or any variation on it, they display low self esteem, and they are encouraging ignorance.

    But ultimately, i don't care.

The term derived from the word "racer" I was street racing in the mid 90's and it sort of just happened.. You would always get the question "are you a racer" when you had a fixed up import and people used the term to "bag" on each other like "hell no he is not a racer, he is a ricer" sort of like calling someone a POSER.

Now the term is supposed to refer to beat up cars (usually different colors or primered or maaco painted over dents) unconventional/unfunctional mods, ugly DIY fabrication of parts.

I still use the term I am filipino/samoan/white, It does not bother me. I own a muscle car.I also own one of the nicest, lowest mileage, full of rare parts 1G crx's in California.

QUICK TUTORIAL: CHINA and INDIA are the largest consumers of rice in the world, Japan is LOW on the scale. USA is the 3'rd LARGEST Exporter of rice in the world JAPAN is only 1.5% of the world export on rice.

If it makes you feel better I own a US built muscle car. You can call me a "Potatoer"

BTW: all the "american car/truck" owners should not be that biased. There is a GOOD chance your ford truck or car, dodges etc.. were made in MEXICO so that would make them (if not ricers, food pertaining to country of origin) what?

Actually, the U.S. grows more corn that it does potatoes. Maybe "corner" would be a better term.

Then again, maybe not. Sounds too much like "cornholer."
