    Wooh got it yesterday. Just yanking and yanking then went to rest my arm on it and it just slid right off. Just took off the box part itself left the rest inside because I don't know how I would get those out. But I guess its good because It isn't completely sucking in hot air. I notice a little change in sound a little "swoosh" in the beginning. I'll get a drop in later this week.

    Car has much better off-idle response with OEM than with the K&N drop in. Performance feels worse all over with the drop in. Unless the stock ECU has mapping for idle with the higher flow rate you'll be seeing, it won't run as well.

    But feel free to try it out!

    Hey, wanna buy my used K&N drop-in filter for $30 shipped? :naughty: If you don't have the K&N cleaning supplies, I can take care of that for an extra $5!

    He's got his mounted pretty low actually, that's what I hated about this lip, it didn't really "sit" anywhere naturally, but slid all over the place.
