    that tool u can get from Snap-on or Craftsman, which back any nuts or bolts that got rusted and suck and can't be take off w/ ordinary wrench or socket... simply use a hammer light tap so that its stuck on to the lock nut then use a wrench, or impact gun whatever u got and turn it... seen it done cuz i used to work in a body shop...
