    Back on topic....

    I think the VIS hood has the OEM latch where the hood pins are not necessary, right? Can you check if the hood will stay secure without the hood pins or do you really have to have them so they won't fly off? I think it's a beautiful hood...just don't like the hoodpins :rolleyes:

    It doesn't need hood pins. Jcrwzr had the same VIS carbon fiber invader hood with no need for hood pins. You can always paint the pins black to hid them so they don't stick out.

    they aren't necessary but don't worry guys i am getting rid of it when i can and i'm getting a oem style cf hood or maybe for a little to be cheap get an unpainted oem hood

    kind of lol the smart guy that had my car before me decided that he wanted a eg oem exhaust so he cut right before the bolt on and welded on the eg one to it -_- major fail the eg had smaller piping my car ran ugly and sounded like a slow single cam. Atleast he cut before the bolt on so I could throw on my trd :)

    I'm a spelling whore, because that was a spelling error. LOL. I don't care too much about grammar. Back on topic, your car looks good, can't wait to hear that exhaust, I wonder how it sounds. I like mine though, don't think I'd get rid of it.
