    Sand it down to bare metal and apply ammonia. That should do the trick.

    I know they sand it down but I know they put some kind of chemical on it too. So they use ammonia? i got some sitting under the sink

    heres a DIY on how to do it:

    First: apply to car

    Second: apply to car
    [IMG]

    Third: wait a couple of days, and waaala
    [IMG]

    after a couple of days this may happen
    [IMG]

    then this might be needed
    [IMG]

    and then ultimatly this!

    You can use HCl acid too. I work in a lab, so I can get some. You just have to be cautious with what molarity concentration you use.
