I told Jon already that we would meet at around 8. We could definitely meet earlier if you want. I'll give you a call a little later in case you don't see this.

If you have a long shutter speed you got to have a steady hand or a tripod. You could also change the ISO sensitivity to 800-up to take a brighter picture on a dark or low lit place.:)

Ey Jon, you painted the car black? Swweeeet! What paint did you use? Try photoshoping a different color rims, see what it would look like.

you can and it is possible to paint at home, but think about the patience. also, don't paint shops use some sort of oven or heating room to cure the paint?

Yeah, they put your car through an oven to cure the paint. You can never get such quality from doing it at home.

    your avatar should say

    VVT inside

cause i thought the 1st gen 1zz came with Variable Valve Timing, just not Inteligence..

My sister has thesame car, and i notice a sound diff after 3Krpm, sounds getts deeper/louder

I don't hear any difference at all. I think what you hear is just the natural rumble of the motor. It does increase in volume since there isn't much sound deadening. I doubt it has any variable valve timing. That was just an addition for emissions. It never added any power. Only the lift on the vvtl-i made a performance difference anyways.

Could be that your sister had a newer motor put from the factory. I have a 98 which I know for sure doesn't have vvti. It's louder at higher RPMs but thats only natural. I don't hear that drastic tone change as in vtec or vvtl-i. The 1ZZFE has 122 lb/ft tq @ 4400, so that must be what you feel. It isn't vvti.

    they VVT-i made a difference..

i know ive felt it.. going uphill and when hit 4K rpm, all the tourqe comes and boosts the car up..

and yeah i know there isnt much sound deadening on the car but the sound difference is very noticible,
