Just got JDM 93-97 headlights. Quick ?

quick question, what brand of H4 bulb did u use? just the regular 55/60W? i saw Redline from bestbuy which is 110W.... hows ur headlight performance/lighting over all? thanks

I bought the Slyvania H4 bulbs. They are 55/60w. Unless you construct a harness that pulls juice directly from the battery, you will not be able to run 110w bulbs. Right now, my harness does not pull from the battery, so I'm using 55/60. I will get a better harness soon, to upgrade the higher wattage, and go with PIAA. I give my headlight performance/lighting a 8 1/2 out of 10. The only thing that bothers me is the angle of the projection. I might be able to fix it, but I haven't gotten round to it yet. The right side is fine, it's the left side of both bulbs. It shoots up at a 35 degree angle. So, the beams look something like this when up close to an object.

PIAA, Polarg, Raybrig are all top of the line halogen replacements- and all look very close to HID http://www.coolbulbs.com/bulbsbody.asp really cool ones are Polarg "Shinning Wizards" which create like an empty space, hollow effect in the middle of the headlight.. http://www.coolbulbs.com/polarg.asp
