I'm pretty sure we can take over Mid-west, not enough Corollas in our areas sadly.

Had to do a car show last weekend to promote the shop I work for.. but believe me I'm not building a show queen. It sounds like The CV boot ripped on the passenger side axle on the way there.. Sucks, it's a "equal length" JDM axle so they don't sell em in the US. Plus I HATE doing axle jobs, tranny fluid is messy and the snap rings make them a pain to pull out... and when the boot rip the sticky grease gets EVERYWHERE. Only got about 150 miles on the engine since I put in on but I couldn't resist the urge to rev it up to 8K once. I'm still getting used to the ratio since they are so much shorter.. I usually get to 5th gear by the end of a city block and I do use 6th on the freeway:p

Anyways here's a pic from the show..

Some more pics from the show could be found here:

I'm looking through other people albums but cant find any of my car.. I guess people arn't big fans of mid 90's Corollas:rolleyes: There were awards for Best Toyotas, as far as I know some ugly purple show queen 86 got 1st and Supras took 2nd and 3rd

eh, i'll get it running right one day..

you don't really need a entire front clip, just a complete swap.. you could easily get it from JHOT.. but if I had a 98+ I'd do a 2ZZ FTW

I have to say that I have seen many 102's over the many years..... this has to be the best thought out, not overly done, clean 102's with quite possibly the best performance modifications that can be done to these cars!

i feel yur payne w/ breaking ish. everysince ive put the gze in , ive noticed my doors and fenders are getting out of allign , i cant seem to keep front and rear motor mounts in , and axles , pssssshhhhh , please , yeah right. a-arm bushings , strut mounts , ball joints. quite simply these cars were never meant to see in excess of 150+hp , not to mention gobs of torque.

lol my front door went out of alignment from putting on those fender bars..
Does the GZE take OEM front and rear mounts? Carl from speed source is producing some for our cars as we speak... I sent him my old mounts to take measurements and they're tooling right now. Pedro been asking about them every few days.. lol:p I gotta check on the progress. You just need to upgrade the rest of your suspension bushings to superpro! I just wish they didn't cost so fuckin much.. Energy Suspension makes full bushings kits for other cars at half what I paid for everything:sad:

I had a chance to check on my axle today, look like one of the bands came loose and CV grease is seeping out, no big deal.. should be a easy fix when I get to it. But that's only one of many small things I need to fix..

    this is a phenomenal car.

does that AE111 TRD strut bar bolt in without mods for the two strut towers? obviously the rear needs to be moded. that's the one i've always wanted.

hey i remember your old sig... lol i see you thanked me for the template in there.
