It still won't work. The bumpers don't curve the same and the mouths are at different angles.

The Prizm really does look almost like the JDM Sprinter. It's kind of cool.

oh man thanks a lot!!!!!! :D

    it is
The Geo/Chevrolet Prizm (Chevrolet Prizm starting 1998) was a United States-market entry-level compact car from model years 1989 through 2002. Like the 1985-1988 Chevrolet Nova it replaced, the Prizm was a rebadged version of the Toyota Sprinter, an upmarket version of the Toyota Corolla sold in Japan. All Prizms were built at NUMMI (New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc), a joint venture plant between Toyota and General Motors in Fremont, California.

Except the taillights are different. I believe these are the JDM ones. It's the AE100.

I say forget about the front lip. Just remove all the badges from the car, source the Sprinter taillights and do a full conversion. :D I don't believe I've seen this year Corolla with a full Sprinter conversion.

Why do that? You can just buy an authentic Sprinter front lip that fits exactly and looks way better.

just a thought and something different you never know with some little modification it might fit but like you said sprinter lip would fit my first option to buy.

Very few lips can be adapted to fit without major modification.

A AE101 Sprinter conversion looks simple but it isn't. Here are the parts I could think off on the top of my head:

    Front:
    Bumper
    L/R fender
    Headlight
    Corner light
    Grill
    Mirror

    Back:
    Modify rear quarter panel
    Trunk
    Bumper
    Taillights
    Grill

    Interior:
    Dashboard
    Center console
    F/R Seats

The only reason why a that gen Geo Prizm is the perfect candidate for an AE101 Sprinter conversion is because the doors open up upto the roof area which is very similar to how an AE101 Sprinter does. I would have loved to do that conversion if I did have a 7th gen.:D

But if you do that conversion... I'LL BOW TO YOU!!! HANDS DOWN that would be wicked! I wish some brave Toyota soul would do such conversion. I know somebody who lives close is planning a AE101 BZ-Touring conversion.... I hope he does push through.

BTW Erik, that's the Gen 2 AE101 Sprinter.;)

Ah... I knew something was off. haha I'm halfway tempted to sell my car and get a Prizm now for a full conversion, but I doubt that will happen. LOL :D And besides, I can't find any 93-97 Prizm's for sale in the area. They're surprisingly hard to find. I can find the 7th gen Corolla's just fine. Just not the Prizm's.

lol guys im not gonna like totally start modifying body panels to make it look like a true jdm sprinter lol no time or $$$ but interested to see what the front sprinter lip would look like. any links? is that a jdm sprinter in the pic? i think ill keep mine, it looks better than that and its already debadged rollatuner lol. As for not being able to find 2nd gen prizm which mine is, theyre all over the place here, but no one keeps it in the kinda shape i do lol

Yup. That's the JDM Sprinter. :) If I could pick one up for cheap, I would totally turn it into a full blown project car.

I think the front of the 93-97 looks clean enough to keep. I would just do a rear conversion.
