Is it that glowing ring around the ignition? I would think you need to remove the shell around the steering wheel and column.

There are two Phillips screw on the steering column, turn your steering wheel left to right to access the screws and one small Phillips screw on the bottom. After that pull the bottom apart down and I think you will have access to the illuminating ignition switch bulb. But I forgot what bulb size it is.
