I know it is lol I'm just saying like that even with the body kit the original lines of the car don't change too much so it's not hard to tell wether it's a Supra or not

I heard about the 07' Supra coming out soon and what not BUT when I saw some pics of that car I almost threw up...... I'd rather stick with the 93-98 those are the best year Supras if you tell me :D. Do any of you guys know the specs on the 07' Supra?

Yeah man, you can get a MKIII with a 1JZ swap for less than some N/A MKIV's.

I know the whole swap thing is really cheap but I dk I really like the MKIV body style but I wouldn't mind having an old school one though lol, it's all about power after all lol

I LOVE the MKIV bodystyle, but I couldnt stand having a car like that with no balls, and having everyone want to race you but you can't because you'll get raped. I'd rather have an MKIII with the 1J. lots of people look down on the MKIII, but as far as im concerned a Supra isn't really a Supra without power

AMEN! lol well if I was to get a MKIV I would defenetly get it with the 2JZ motor lol I wouldn't waste 30 g's if it don't got power lol

well all MKIV's have a 2JZ, just the NA's have the 2JZ-GE not the 2JZGTE. the GE is the same engine as in the SC300 and IS300. Thing is you can get a 1JZ-GTE, basically a 2.5L version of the TT Supra motor and swap that into the MKIII and it will be a TON faster than an N/A MKIV.

if you dont mind somewhat high mileage you can find a TT for under 30K. Ive seen higher mileage good condition TT's sell for ~$20-25K. N/A MKIV's are alot cheaper, and the engine is not the only difference in the 2 cars.

yeah theres a 100HP difference between a stock N/A and Stock TT. There are people who turbo N/A's (one guy actually has a 900 or so HP N/A) but its really much smarter and easier to just buy a TT.

very true man but I guess most people get all freaked out when it comes to insurance rates on the TT model so that's why they mainly turbocharge N/A's...... and man 100 hp difference is a lot hehehe, I dk I'd rather get the original TT though that's fo zho
