    How many pull-ups can you do?

    Im talking...dead hang...palms facing away from you...chin above the bar...repeat.


    just wondering because i was reading something that said doing 10 was considered extremely good....and i do 2 reps of 10 whenever i work out...

    i can do 10reps,2nd set 8rep and 3rd 6reps with every reps i do i bench 245lb 5x,2nd&3rd 225lb 5x so yeah i get kinda tired oh yeah 5'11 163lb

    omg i saw this homeless guy in Downtown San francisco outside Hooters Restaurant..He will do 100 push ups with one hand for 2 dolla!!, this guy is amazing!
