    I'm not gonna lie you make a good point, I'm kinda on both sides I guess. I think the USA falls into that category of "ones that could barely afford it".

    And then the American government took that money and helped recover before spending the rest of it and even more fighting the losing war on terror. Now we probably owe those countries way more money than they gave us in the first place. Lovely... :eek:
