the reason why doesn't work is that rubber weatherstripping it's not allowing it to clip on to that

How does that hook onto the car? It looks like it goes inside. Does it let water or anything in? If you sell it I might do a pickup if we both go to that wednesday meet.

corolla owners... always looking for the cheapest route and not willing to pay money for quality.

should have went with thule or yakima if you have anything of value to carry. i know some owners here are just carrying air though.

hahahah yeah that used to be true for me too. the only thing that i cheaped out on and came back to bite me hard was my suspension. i'll be buying some ksports soon which should help my problem. but you gotta admitt ikon, there is nothing wrong with bargain hunting.

nothing wrong with bargain hunting, but bargain hunt for the quality parts. i don't buy many car parts these days, but even with everyday things i still want a good deal, but i look for the good deal on the quality products.

That's what I've been doing as well. I'd rather buy a quality part and have it last me for years as opposed to a cheap part and change it every month.

If it was for function, I'd get a quality rack. But seeing as my seats fold down, I don't mind getting this from him if he sells. I think it's ok to bargain hunt for non-top-quality items if you aren't gonna use them to their full potential. I'll be the first (I think) to admit that I have no desire to have a roof rack other than looks.
