    both...but the one i was looking at was in great shape for being 10 years old...and has a stronger-than-dirt motor, making it easy as hell to boost..

    Basically, it means to attempt to negotiate a lower price. It's often associated with being annoying about the whole thing :)

    In some cultures, it's expected you haggle over the price of everything...
