That would bug the heck out of my OCD. I'd be cutting the bumper in half :fts:

cutting it in the middle would have been a better idea to fit the sides of the bumper but you are cutting in so many different locations and you are just making the bumper more weak.

Having it weak, how is that a serious issue? If you're such a "pro" at plastic welding, you should be able to do it. It's not like you hit anything with the bumper that it needs to be strong. Oh wait scratch that "not hitting things" comment lol

You obviously do not read anything that i have typed in ryans thread.....once you heat something up it becomes hard/ shrinks and is more more easier to crack/break....which is why i want to avoid cutting right down in the middle, it can be done but is it going to last 2-3 years?

Yes I've read all your rants but how much stress are you putting on a bumper? It just sits there.

If your a good driver you shouldent worry about weakening your front bumper. Especially considering if you do hit anything it will be totaled anyways.

Wow bro all I did was point out that your bumper should not be shaking from your motor. But hey any opportunity you see to once again point out that you're the plastic welding master.

Your suspension will absorb most of the vibration DAB. That's what its there for.

Anything in the front of the vehicle takes much more abuse than "vibrations".

The wind force and road debris hammers the front fascia "HELLA" hard
