James is right cbass, there is a larger factory brace under the seats. But the celica seats look good. I wouldn't mind having a set of those or maybe some nrg buckets. I need something better as I'm sliding out the seat now when I push the car in a corner. It's starting to remind me of my Miata. LOL it used to fling me out of the seat and up against the center console or door. I needed better seats and harnesses.

Speaking of console... Yours is different than mine. Taller and is that a power outlet next to the ebrake handle? Where do i find such a console?

isint that brace on all the corollas without folding seats? i might know what you guys are talking about...

and milky i think you might have the Manual center console....i have the automatic center console which has a 12volt outlet, and the taller arm rest which is awesome....if you want one i can get you one from my junk yard...they have currently an automatic corolla S with almost a full interior...i took a few things from it.

these seats are great, they are a cheap solution to an upgrade. the Celica from newark pick n pull has both front seats in black and grey if anyone is interested.

Yeah I have the manual one. I want the raised one. Let me know how much for it and I might be interested in those seats as well, but I probably won't have funds for seats for a few weeks. Got other things to pay for.

i want the front obviously lowered but the rear is fine in my book,

doing the 5 lug conversion for the rear today, gonna see how it turns out, lowering it with the TRD springs for the rear....going to buy 2 cheap 17 inch tires just for test purpose....

take plenty of pics. also measure and make sure the hub is centered in the wheel well when finished. so get some prior measurements. cus i have a feeling it could be easy to put the spacers on the wrong side and move the knuckle forward or backwards. i would almost put a .6 in spacer on either side of the control arms.
