I originally saw this rear seat cushion a while back but had forgot my debit card and only had enough cash for a specific item i went for so i tucked this inside an older GMC truck at the junk yard, went back and bought it for $15 with head rest covers.

The corolla i pulled them out of had tint on reason why this one is not sun bleached. Washing the cushion but wont install it till i tint the rear window....was thinking 35% or something.

That's what I meant, it's still illegal. You can have front tints with no more than 88% (hella light), and that's if and only if you get a Doctor's note.

More updates on the 5 speed rolla, i decided to align everything on the front. Looks alright just needs paint...

New hood, bumper and black housing clear corner headlight set.
    734463_673623229361214_872805267_n.jpg

tried to fix the clear coat damage with a buffer but still looks like crap...hardly noticeable unless you get up front to it. BUT it dont matter, going to get the whole car repainted.

I decided to align my headlights and bumper on the body kit rolla, also washed the front end and polished.

well, today i decided to paint the inside of my trunk and gas door.

I needed to use the duplicolor paint but they only have it on ready to spray quarts so finding a rattle can of the paint was hard...i did a bit of research and found this called preval
    [IMG]

You can basically use any paint you want but you have to make sure its not think paint or it wont come out the nozzle. My paint is ready to spray so no need to worry about that...

Im guessing i forgot to sand the trunk and gas door because the paint started to flake off very easy so i got some 600grit wet sand paper and did the whole thing, same with the trunk. Here are the results...

Bought some automotive clear coat, hopefully it wont flake off this time, also did the trunk arms and the back where the corner lights go. Now next step is to do the rocker panels, wet sand the whole thing with 600grit, 1000grit then 2000grit and shes ready for paint. Yes im repainting the car, why? Because I will most likely only use about 2 quarts this time since the base coat blue will still be on the car and not that much paint will be needed. Bought a gallon of 2k part clear which hardens and should make the car look nice.

So the preval gun id have to rate it a 7 out of 10....I was not too impressed with it but it does get the job done...

The spray pattern is not wide, you cant shake the bottle at all when you are spraying or it will start to sputter and give uneven spots so it has to stay put and consistent. I don't recommend this for large applications, just small areas and touch ups. Its a neat handy tool/creation but it can be improved with a wider fan tip, larger air can. They should release a bigger one really.
