I'm riding it back for him. And in bad news, I'm losing out on 48 hours worth of work because I was sick...and I apparently only have 12 hours of vacation time. So my paycheck is only gonna be like $500. ...I'm screwed.

Yeah....BUT...we have so much equity in our current house, that all of our cc debt, and both cars, and equity loan, will all be paid off. (Im currently paying about 1600 a month for the 2 cars, equity loan, and signature loan through my Credit union)

So if ya do the math, Ill have a higher mortgage payment, but it will equal out since I dont have those credit union payments! We'll probably tack on another car payment though :D :D

Once you refinance a house that has equity (work in the house or things of that sort) it gets u out of soo much debt is awesome.... like my mom and my stepdad bought the house we're living in about 3 years back (almost). The house value was 400,000 even back when we bought it but my step dad brought it down to 373,000 for the purchase price so hell of a deal we got. My stepdad finished the basement 1 room, 1 bathroom, small kinda living room place and 2 storages. We also have a deck in the back too now and when they refinanced like 2 months ago the bank gave them a check for almost 100,000.... it's awesome, my mom's car is paid off already and they put 50 grand in the house already so they're down to like 270,000 or somewhere around there......... the advantages is that my stepdad is real state/Mortgage and my mom too so when I buy a house they can hook me up :D

Hell yeah, the best thing you can do is buy a house. And people wonder why there is so much money in real estate. I'd buy a house, but I have to get out from under my truck first.
Granted I make $2100 a month, but between INS and the payment on the Tundra, poof, there goes $700.
...and it sucks, because I can't afford a house...but I can barely afford an apartment...because apartments are so ridiculously over-priced too. Sure, they'll give you an apartment for $350 a month...but it's going to be in the middle of the ghetto, on the bottom floor, with no running water, no windows and a big sign on the door that says,

"The lock on this apartment is always open, break in and steal everything. We dare you."

...shit, my boss just bought his house, less than a year ago...and with the simple work he has done to it, he had $30k in equity already.

...I should try that thing that women try...I should try to find some old lonely woman with a bunch of money...marry her, make her happy for 3 months, then she'll die and I'll get everything.
    :sad: --> :) --> :rule: / :D

yeah, my grandparents are brokers, so I get a 18k check from their commission on the house we're buying.

But yeah, when your refinance, you can pull money out based on the amount of equity that they have on the house. I believe its up to 80%. But its not free money.....

Your mortgage amount is the amount you originally financed, plus the amount that you pulled out in cash. So when they sell, theyll have to pay down 473k, not 373k, since they took out 100k in cash. Yeah, it will pay off your debt, but your profit will decrease when you sell. I refinanced 2 years ago too, but didnt take any money out. Optimally, you should invest that money back into your house, to increase the value of the house to equal out your profit.

My house has more than doubled in value, so we had enough to pay down most of our loans, AND have 20% down on our new house.

    Exactly, it's foolproof!

Oh yeah, I forgot about this...I had about $3,000 saved back when I moved out...my room-mate was doing great, working good hours, making plenty of money...then for whatever reason he became depressed, started using drugs...quit his job. His parent's paid the bills for about 3 months then decided to cut him off...his rent check bounced, we nearly got evicted...I told him to pack his shit up and get the hell out, then I had to pay for 1000 sq. foot / 2 bed 2 bath apartment by myself for the rest of the lease period....that tapped me back out again.

I beleve she moved to breakenridge.. thats when I moved in.. all she left was the

Oh yeah...Ashley would have been really hot...if she weighed more than 30 lbs. ...and that is officially the greatest picture of your cat....ever.

And I think your cat has done drugs. I'm pretty sure that's something Ashley would do.

Could be why I find your cat in the corner shaking sometimes...needs a fix.

...had potential...but she was just too skinny...being able to play the xylophone on a woman's ribs...something about that just isn't sexy. :(
If she had put on 20-30 lbs, she probably would have been super hot.
