Yeah, the purchase of another bike got put off when I dumped more than my monthly pay into the truck in 3 weeks.

lol damn that's a lot of money for sho!...... I'm thinking on jumping to an R1 by next year. My uncle offered to buy my rolla from me so that'll give me $450 every month to spend freely/save up.

You can own just a bike in places like Arizona and California. You can't do that here. Trust me man, the lowest I ever rode was 13 degrees. ... that shit isn't fun. Even on totally dry pavement, everything is so cold, you might as well be riding in the snow. Tire has virtually no grip, it's hard as a rock. After half a mile everything is frozen, bike in this state is always #2. Do not ever have anything but an enclosed (or mostly enclosed) 4 wheeled vehicle as your main auto.

Yea, lowest I've rode is 17 degrees and that isn't fun lol. I'll buy another car but something cash though. summer is starting too so that'll give me some time, plus riding in the rain isn't that much of a biggie either.

I can ride in the rain, but it is NOT fun. It's almost as bad as clear weather and cold as shit.

Yea getting soaked plus being stuck in traffic = pwnage! lol.... I was in that situation last summer and man it sucked lol. Certainly raised my comfort and confidence level on the bike though.
