clutch pedal adjustment?

    clutch pedal adjustment?

    is there a way i can adjust the clutch pedal so that it releases in a smaller area. like say for example...when you clutch out you can feel the clutch engaging, but like on my Jetta, that area is alot less and closer to the top.


    if that makes any sense.

    There's a adjustment built into the master cylinder to clutch pedal rod. Just look under the dash.

    Play with the nut behind that rod on the green box. Turning the nut in one direction raises the pedal higher therefore engages lower and vise versa.
