Sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

In college I walked into someone room, and he threw a ball at me and it bounced off of me, knocking over a snapple bottle that spilled into his school owned and rented laptop.
Laptop shut down, and it DID work later in the day, and it worked with no problems for 2 weeks after that. Doofus decided to take it apart to clean it out, and after it was put back together, it didnt work at all. So he tried blaming ME for it. I refused to pay the 700 bill that the university gave HIM.
Out of revenge, he put sand in my corolla gas tank. Caused about 2 grand in damage.

3 years later, when he walked out of his apartment to go to his college graduation, he came upon a cinderblock through his windshield.....not nearly as much of a bill that I got for my corolla, but it sure did put a damper on his day, and his trip home to NY.

Karma is a bitch......sometimes ya gotta get revenge....sometimes you have to push.

Everytime we would cross paths at parties, he would turn into the biggest asshole, and start talking shit. He would never start anything though...a few times I told him that if he was gonna run his mouth, he might as well follow through.
Im sure Tommy and him would get along great.

Have you tried filing a report with the police like someone suggested?

Going to his house won't do you any good and can just cause more problems.

    1. He may not even be home.
    2. If you do show up and you are presistant on seeing him, he may just call the cops and say your harassing him. Altho you have a reason, he may want to look like the victim.
    3. Even if you did see him, it doesn't mean he will give you your money back.

Just try and go the police report way and see what comes of it. just my .02.

well yes. you are right e_andree.

Thats what I am trying to say.

lol Prodigy you are funny me rich? lol

The police cant really do anything to a sour deal. the probably have more important things to do. if he paid and didnt receive anything then yes maybe, but if its a wrong item or something that doesnt fit. I am pretty sure the police would just hang up on you :p

The police departments have a internet fraud department that can handle this case. In reality he was pretty much given the wrong information and now the seller refuses to work things out. They may not do anything to him, but at least theres a report on file. Then again you never know. They may contact the seller and ghost may get his money back somehow or something can be worked out.

The police dont' have to know anything. He can just say that there is someone harassing him and will not leave his property. Ghost can tell the cop everything he needs to but if ghost goes there causing ruckus, then the cops can do something to him.

If someone came on your property, demanding to speak to you and will not leave, i'm sure you'd call the cops and say there is someone on my property that will not leave and by the way they're acting you are afraid to leave your house. At that point the cops can come and tell the person to leave and not come back. And if he does do damage to you, your car, house, etc. you have a right to press charges.

So yes sometimes you do what you have to do. But unless you know you can get away with it, you should think twice about it. no point in making the problem even bigger then it already is.

    lol

This is true, sometimes you do have to do what you have to do...but smashing the shit out of a windshield in the middle of the night is a different story than showing up at somebodies house with a posse of your friends. That's what I was referring to.

Man, just get his address and check it out to make sure his car is there and that is indeed his house. You can smash his shit or not. But I bet he will be paranoid all the time. That's revenge enough right there. For all we know it might be someone else he fucked over that smashes his junk. Or anyone of us on this board. LOL

Nah, hunting him down for vandalism/violence isnt the right answer for this. It will only bring you down to his level, and theres no point in that.

Now, if I ran across him on a chance encounter, that would be different. Then we'll see if he would say the same things to my face.
