    how are you going to compare benching free weights on your back versus sitting upright on the bowflex? do the same thing, while upright, with free weights and lets see you not utilize the same muscle group....

    P90X literally kicked my ass the first week or so, now I'm feeling AWESOME.

    I've been really impressed so far. You REALLY have to follow the plan though or you won't benefit from it.

    I'm trying to lose weight. It's tough when you start to get comfortable with the weight you've gained. Ugh. I really just need to lose my belly and my thighs need to get less looser lol. Basically from my knees up to my stomach is what I need to work on. Shouldn't be too hard if I just do my cardio everyday. ugh...I suck at it. I tried to use this website www. spark people . com and it's really neat. It's free and there are recipes, blogs, stories, forums, you should all check it out.

    p90x FTW!!! lol. for some reason, bike riding makes my core hurt. is it suposed too? maybe its the position i ride it.

    bike riding never hurts me.. but then again I never feel like I get enough of a work out while doing it. Although it is fun fun silly willy.

    It's been 2 months since I last saw the inside of a gym facility, being injured/sick/busy doesn't help matters either.... ugh.

    Time to get serious again.

    I used to do bike riding with friends on outdoor trails, but now I usually resort to running HIT on a treadmill a few times a week.
