    i thought my rates were high 4 years ago when it was 2100 per year. right now it just got cut
    in half cuz i had my license for 3 years, and i'm from the gaysurance state of massachusetts

    This doesnt seem to be the case in DE if you're a young driver, especially a teenager. I remember several friends back in Highschool who were hit by ditsy girls and their insurance went up anyway.
