    Well, I don't have a 8th gen but I have a 95 Corolla with a 3mzfe 3.3L V6 swap in progress.

Yeah. PR is the home of people who actually do swaps they say they are going to do.

Not like here in the US. Nothin but dreamers here

I'm making mine real, still waiting for my MR2 turbo axle shaft/stub and ST185 Alltrac half shafts before I do a test fit and make a passenger side mount. I'm using an E153 from a Solara for my engine application. It'll be a beast! ;)

Why not just cut you corolla shaft in half and and connect it to the 3mz engine side by welding a sleeve over the 2?

Cause the parts I mentioned above works and bolt on to the car. The stock Corolla shafts cannot handle the amount of torque the engine will produce. The 3mzfe engine from the Sienna I bought is is rated with 230hp/242tq.

Pretty sure theres boosted corollas pushing more torque than that on stock shafts, but the way i suggested is also the cheap way to do it.Your way is better and more reliable.

That's true, I did see boosted Corollas with factory axles. Why don't you try a 1mzfe swap on yours? It'd be awesome on a stock looking 8th gen. You get a donor Solara V6 5 speed of the same year and make it work and take some emissions equipment if necessary to make it street legal. Just saying ;)

Exactly, for now with this peasant job i'll have to settle for the excitement of regular maintenance, replacing all 4 struts and maybe doing the rings and updating drilling more oil holes in my pistons.

I made some progress and still similar to a 1MZ. Some OBX headers to go with my build ;-)

Those must be a new version of the OBX headers. I have OBX headers too and they don't look like that
