Ah, so JDM mirrors? Yeah the US ones are hand-fold, and the power fold ones are JDM, but you have to make sure to get LHD mirrors, not RHD or else they won't aim or focus correctly.

That's why they aren't on yet, the focus is for the RHD. I am gonna swap the mirrors from a USDM corolla, and put them in the housing of the JDM ones. I already knew that :)
I'm just not sure how the mirrors come out, I don't wanna break them.

I didn't take any pictures, but it does clip on, and the clips are old and brittle, so be careful. And if you can manage to get it off, it's hard to clip them back on because you have to push hard, but it doesn't seem to clip back together well.

Ok I'll try it... And cbass we're just talking about the mirror itself, not the whole housing you know that right? And hummer yeah I know but I already scrape like crazy, and can't go any lower without coilovers. These springs are cut like crazy already.

Painting the housing is super easy mack, you got nothing to worry about. There are no fragile clips or anything, unless your talking about the fold ones which I dont know.

The painting of the housing has never been a problem, if you guys read the problem I was having is taking the mirrors out so I can swap them with US ones that have the correct focusing.
