Those are the OEM S skirts, right? I was hoping that they'd be.... bigger. But it looks great, the fitment looks perfect! What do you mean you are going to fix it later.

    Yes I am.
    You just contradicted yourself here.
I doubt that your car had every option available, and just because it's not on your car doesn't mean it can't come on others.

dont have much time but here it goes...

98-00 had a touring edition pack, that had rear mud flaps, gray face cluster, and side skirts...basically this came in some LE (optional)...S was not introduced yet.

01-02 S had replaced the touring pack with the black interior, red cluster, side skirts and rear mudflaps. so LE did not have side skirts. maybe it was an option but i never, never seen a 8.5 LE with them stock.

sure mines did not have all the options but i have never seen a 8.5 gen LE with side skirts and stockton has a ton of corolla 8th gen.

I know someone ppl that log in know more than me and should back me up or kick me in the balls.

I hope im not being a tanner faust, 8whatever corolla, or travis whatever his last name is.

and sorry for the tremendous long post on macks thread!

and mack, im trying to contact this guy, i just want the sunroof sooo bad, might have to transfer everything to this corolla S since mine is salvaged and fd the fuck up...but still adding the body kit...http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/cto/2798661808.html

    man thats some hard typing

So the old lady I saw driving a white stock Corolla LE with side skirts decided she wanted to be hip and install side skirts on it? I dont think so. Old people that own corollas are probably original owners.

And what makes you think that corolla is an S? It only says 2001 corolla and has the premium wheels on it.

pic or it didnt happen^^ was it 8.5 gen?

just confirmed, he said it has the black interior so im good with that. The hell with whatever it is, but this guy sounds foreign over the phone. but what really is bothering me is that he has the LE doors....and that might be my defeat on this^^^

    i just going by knowledge

Everyone knows you and gold have a bromance, do we have visual pictures? No. Do we know your undying desire to hold each other is true? Yes. If I had known the guy with a body kit on his corolla wanted a picture of a LE with side skirts as proof I woulda take one.

cbass, that car sounds perfect, I'd really consider getting it. I hate color-matched door pillars, they should be black to match the windows. I'm pretty excited that you might get a better car.... I sure wished I could have.

if i get it im going to keep the silver one with the body kit, since the silver one has a sunroof and the black interior, sure the engine is at 220k but maybe my uncle can rebuild it, kits cost around $300?? and ill let mack pull parts from my old LE and then just sell it...its salvaged and pretty fucked up from the front already, all bent n shit
