    STEP 6 (Sanding)
Start with 100grit sandpaper to remove the bulk of the excess plastic
then switch to a higher grit for finer detail and to smooth the surface.

as u can see cbass the area being sanded is pitted, and on the passenger side it goes in a bit, i need something to fill the "gap" with

im going to use this special spray bondo that is designed for aplication on flexible plastics, but on the passenger side it caves in a lil and i need something better than bondo cuz bondo is really only good on this if its a 40th of an inch deep or less

I told you all of this when we met up. That plastic filler acts like bondo but its not, its like that gasket maker but for bumpers.

i am done talking here...you obviously ignored me about the reinforcement mesh and the plastic filler.

You dont need me, just figure it out...:D trial and error

Nice job Ryan.... yeah I thought you'd need some filler. Bondo should work, I used the brown kind (figerglass resin type). It's relatively flexible.... and the bumper isn't going to flex much with the weld. It will be fine.

OH, and with the sig... I think it would look a bit better without all the ghost drafting lines everywhere, just the car and the main text.
