Hey guys so I've been doing a little R&D on getting the 8th gens a cabin filter without cutting a filter and jamming it in the vents .
    SOOOOOO.......

Here it is a Cabin Filter Conversion.

Still waiting on my filter,But here's what you need.
-(No Pictured) Bottom half of A/C housing from a 95-97 (japanese assembled corolla) - Part number pending
    -Cabin Filter Door
    -Filter Door Clips
    -Cabin Filter - 88508-12010 or 88508-12020

Funny thing about the A/C unit, The whole thing is the same from 7th-8th Gen's. Only the USDM/CADM ZZE110 changed. So by replacing that section of the a/c housing you will have a uncut cutout for the filter. Once you cut that out the Filter should just slide right in.

    Pro
    -Clean Air
    -Clean lungs
    -OEM'Ness

    Cons
-Ordering filters for cheap (Best to buy more than one shipping will get you)
-Very time consuming to replace the bottom half of the housing

Lucky 7th gens just need the door and filter.

    Estimated Cost - $60-100

    Troll away
