Gold. Yes I painted over the TRD logo, because I have a new one that isn't scratched, so I'm gonna replace it. I'll still know where the placement was. I also melted my replaced bumper on the way to the show.

Yes the reproduction bumper was a much lower quality (obviously) than the OEM one. That bumper lasted almost 30 thousand miles before it melted really bad, this one lasted about 500 miles.

It's worth it though. Rarer than a TRD muffler, with a great sound. I don't mind replacing a bumper every couple years. I'm just worried about matching the paint on this new bumper. Last time, the car was spray painted so it was no biggie.

I thought you were painting your car again anyway. But just as long as it doesn't ruin the TRD skirt!

The skirts are fine, the rear lip got melted though. It's off the car now. I'm rocking a 6 piece TRD kit.

Well now it's not in the way and neither is the bumper. Mack I recommend a CF muffler cutout!

Well gold you said "TRD skirt" nobody would think you meant rear valence. And James I was thinking about it. But I think I'm gonna store the muffler and get a full setup that dips below the bumper the way it should.

With the "outline" your bumper has now, I think it would look good if you just extended it so the tip sat past the bumper. The tip angles upwards, doesn't it?

Slightly. But if I'm messing with the piping, I'm gonna go all-out. And the trust muffler is already mated to stock piping.
I had one yes, and I put a brand new one on the day before the show, but I think it might have actually kept the bumper hotter, melting it faster. So I think it did more harm than good.

I'm in a see what I can do with this one before I get another. I really don't feel like messing with paint matching.

Why aren't they on your car!?!? I had S Techs on an 06 WRX and hated the stance. I ended up getting coilovers, but money is a lot tighter now. Here is some Subaru eye candy..
