It's not against the law to have clear corners as long as you have amber bulbs.

I think it's for the brake lights, the lenses need to be red. I believe. But yeah clear corners don't matter as long as the bulb is red or amber.

It's not the lens, but the reflector. There must be red reflectors on the side and rear of the car, and then amber on the front side.

I think it looks 100 times better that way, I never understood the mismatched tail light thing.

The reflectors inside the OEM lights aren't red gold, they're like a chrome looking color.

No, the things that reflect light when you shine a light on it... not the part that reflects the bulb light.

I wasn't referring to the reflectors (the ones your headlights light up at night) I was talking about the ones inside, the part the bulb lights up to illuminate the whole housing.

It is the part of your tail light that will shine super bright if you take a picture of it at night with the flash.
IE these parts circled in green. These must be red to be legal.

    oh yeah, riiiiiiiiiight......

but I know to what you were referring, and those are not supposed to be colored red (like you said) so I'm not even sure why we were talking about those.

Yea unpaid ticket from last year. I was at the races and they pulled me over for my muffler and a cracked windshield in my del sol. I missed my court date so it was never paid. I didnt realize it was till they pulled me over since they never sent me a letter stating it was suspended.

Yes, unknowingly i was but i always get pulled over in my town and the cops always let me go so i never found out till now. It was 2 rookies in an unmarked car and they actually ran my license this time. Im mad cause they threw the lights on after i crossed into another town.
