    The type r lip is almost a direct fit, I bought one and did it, but I got the TRD valences like a week later so didn't say anything. But you're better off getting the gtec lip, looks basically the same, and fits better because it was made for these cars.

    I got a Civic Type R lip, but you gotta mess with it. But yeah the accord rear lip should fit on the front, the 5th gen. 94-97.
