Nice! That stuff works wonders. Should keep your steering wheel looking and feeling like new for a long long time. Nah I haven't found another wheel.

Cool as. I've actually been meaning to take some new interior shots. There's some on my CarDomain page, but I'll take some more . As for the future, my next plan is to get a front and rear lip.

Yeah you might run out of space on the dash. Have you got any blank tabs that aren't used? On my Corolla there are about 5 spare blank tabs in the interior (3 by the handbrake and two by the driver's side vent). They're for features that were used in Europe that the Japanese model didn't need (such as headlight washers, heated seats etc).

Really glad that you like the wheel. Good that you get to use it everyday. Just to think, that came all the way from New Zealand

Yep, power folding and power adjustable. They fit straight onto 8th Gen Corollas too (I've tried it personally). I actually have a complete set right here, all boxed up and ready to go. I bought them for a guy a while ago but he ended up writing off his Corolla before he could pay for them. I've been meaning to advertise them for sale, but PM me if you're interested

as a matter of fact i have absolutely no tabs left. i think there is a coin slot in the center by the ebreak i could pop out but still. like i said. there really isnt anywhere subtle to put it. thank you toyota.

I'm thinking about going for an OEM AE100 BZ Touring wagon front lip, but they're not easy to find. I was also considering going for a modified Honda Integra Type R (DC2) front lip. I actually have a 1992 Nissan Bluebird front lip here right now which is the perfect length, except the side need to be pressed in so that there isn't a gap as it curves around. Might look into getting it heated up or urethaned in place.

Oh yeah I have one of those stupid coin holder things down there too, haha. I suppose that would be a good place for your heated seat switch. You'd really want a horn button somewhere near the drivers side vent, so it's nice and direct. I suppose you could get a small round button and just drill a hole for it. A bit like installing an LED light for a car alarm.

and i'll heavily considering putting it on my dash. i guess we will just have to wait and see what i come up with.lol

yeah man i cant believe you forgot i had gray interior, you should get a steering wheel from sharpshooter. it feels really nice and it will complement your black interior .

I wish! I really wanna get rid of the ghetto steering wheel i have now and do something about the shift knob, I'm working on cleaning up the interior i think i might paint the front and rear mats black but im gonna test it out first on my rears lol.

well you can just trade me steering wheels if you want, like my old one for the one you have now. i've seen the one you have now at that thing looks tattered beyond recognition. at least my old one doesnt have any wear marks. and i would need a trade because i want something to revert back to stock if something happens. also im thinking about trying out something like what roach did on the shift knob. i'll let you know how hard it was, and if its worth it because his doesnt look too bad at all. why dont you just go buy some new black mats ones at auto zone, they arent too expensive.

Damn, I wish Vamps site was still up. He had a DIY on it that I used. Its simple like mackman said but I remember having to shift the knob all the way to L/2 to get access to one of the screws. And once it comes off you’ll see that you just need a different knob that allows you to push down on the shifting mechanism. Problem is that the new shorter shift knob was too wide so I had to wrap the shifting mechanism with tons of electrical tape to ensure a snug fit. But it works without a hitch.

Hahaha it's all good here. But, yeah, I'll give that a shot. How long do you guys figure it would take to do?

to change the knob? depending on how much modification to make it fit it might take a couple minutes to like a half hour. the other problem i have with it is that I cant shift all the way down to lowest gear. But thats because i have the shift boot and it gets in the way.

Yeah, my old ones did as they had the park lights built into the sidelights, but the BZ ones don't as the BZ Touring wagon never had indicators in the bumpers, so the park light is built into the headlight and the sidelights are dedicated indicators

You should get some 6k HID's those would look really nice and maybe some 6k fogs or yellows.

x2 HID's are a must. I have them and im very happy with the performance. In addition, they would greatly complement your flawless white paint

I was thinking about going for HIDs's, but then discovered that they're actually illegal here, unless they were factory fitted or the headlights are purposely built for HID's. I don't drive much at night so would they would be a bit overkill for my needs anyway. I'll more than likely just go for a set of PIAA 4500k halogen bulbs

Hmm interesting. Having any color bulbs here in Oregon is illegal but cops don't care.lol lucky me a guess.
