So this is my ride, came from Florida and is now in Las Vegas (Sin City)
    78K miles
Basically I'm looking for suggestions to make this car look good.

The main issue is that ugly roof which isn't coming off anytime soon... GONE!!!

    BEFORE:

    AFTER: (11/31/11)

    Done so far:
    Blue dome LED light
    Super white LED plate lights
    Removed front plates
    installed good speakers
    Indiglo reverse glow gauges
    Removed the ugly grandma top!!!!
Fog Lights tinted with yellow vinyl
    painted grill all black
    semi-debadged trunk

    Plans:
    Teins + KYB GR2 Done!
    Lip Kit (Hopefully TRD)
    Exhaust (Not sure which)

I really don't know where to go with this car so help would be greatly appreciated!

You and I started out by doing many of the same things... and our to do list is very similar as well.
But I would not do anything until you remove the top and get the whole thing painted... I would bet money that a loud lowered Corolla with a vinyl top and those Konigs would not look good. I say focus on the body before performance or suspension. My 2 cents. Or you could just trade for a different Corolla without that kind of top unless that specific car has some kind of personal value to you. Although I do have to say, I'm surprised that someone has one of those cars and found their way to this website :)

I definitely agree the roof has got to go.
    Thanks though.
The work to be done on this car is to be a long process (due to money between paying for university and such)

edit: just tried to take off the roof somewhat. got the back part to lift up but the top is still stuck on there with some glue. Looks like the paint on the back is fine just needs to be washed but do you think the glue would destroy the paint on the top?

Because it will hurt the value of the car if you ever decide to sell it. You'd be cutting up a OEM bumper. Besides the grill on the car now looks just fine, mesh grills are in the fast and furious era, just spray paint the emblem chrome and black if you want that look.

I understand that. yeah I think paint or some vinyl tape would work alright
pic with the roof off, was still dirty but now it's cleaned up a bit. Still got to cover holes (I'm thinking sand, bondo and then paint?)

If you want to red out your lights, go to Michael's and get Testor's Candy Apple Red Spray Paint. Has a clear red lid.

thats gonna be a lot of work but I guess its the way to go. At least the roof is gone now. MUCH BETTER.

You could do a vinyl wrap like mentioned, but it would look funky with the cut off lines. Honestly just find a garage mechanic that can paint the car on craigslist, just make sure he has an IQ higher than a chimpanzee.

Sparco website should list the models of rails to fit your car/seat. Just gotta know the model seat you have.
