The Ground Control's are coil overs. They use an Eibach spring with a threaded sleeve in the center that allows you to compress the spring so that you can lower or raise your car by adjusting the seat position on the sleeve. If you don't need coil overs, then I would just suggest getting the Tein or Eibach springs with the Tokico struts. I will let you know when I get my JIC's put on which is when I will have the struts and coil overs available for sale. Should be by the 23rd of this month. I plan on selling them for $400 together or $200 a set separately. I have less than 12K miles on them, so they are not new, but they are still in good condition. I will have them checked when I have them removed to make sure there is nothing wrong with them as I would not want to sell you anything that wasn't in good condition. I'll keep you posted.
