i got the idea from this shop i used go to and i did both ways,i didnt feel any difference but its all about preference.

the k&n filter is as good as aem filter and probally cost less(not sure)and dont forget to buy the k&n filter cleaning kit or be like me buy...

^^^i knew about that,i bought a strut bar and lowering spring for a 7th gen and put it on my corolla and it fit perfect.
lucky for me i was working at a 76 gas station and the mechanic hooked me up to replace my stud $50.
