It probably causes the second O2 sensor to see lean conditions by taking it out of the direct path of exhaust gas.
Samsung is my personal fave.
Skunk2 = bad. Too stiff for daily driver and no one makes a strut for our car that can handle the Skunk2's stiffness.
Check NewCelica.org for that. You can wire in resistors and a capacitor to trick the ECU. Someone posted the plans on that forum.
