I dont think 02 camry is using 5SFE. I think it's the same 2.4L that tC is used.
For cheap mod, you can port your stock header which will give you some nice gain.
Magnaflow is good, but it's all depends on which model you get. The one I have on my car sounds really nice and not too loud. :)
