Alex told me he added his hanger to pull it up a little from dragging. only way it can be off is if your mid pipe is bent or you have real shitty...
IDK what exhaust you had but mine never hit the bumper or needed anything to fix it. it even clears with the TRD rear valances on
oh and check if theirs bulbs or the bulbs are good. may sound obvious but sometimes its always the little things that slide past us when we work...

Sounds like you forgot the Relay, All you have to do is plug it in Relay looks like this [IMG] Its located on the drivers side footwell....
