If the clutch is bad, then yah, try to find a deal on an aftermarket clutch... are you planning any big power adders for the future, or just basic...
If its not too bad of a dent, you can get it pulled out, there should be someone in your area that does dent repair, they can usually make it look...
If you're just doing basic mods, and your clutch doesn't need replacement (and it shouldn't if its an '05), then save your money... its not needed.
