You could file a claim for it, nothing is too small really, but what is your deductible on your insurance? And is it worth having your insurance...

Try taking the panel off and see if you could straighten it out yourself... you never know, you might be able too, it would be a good learning...
Yep, from the looks of it, that might be your best bet... You could try fixing it yourself, if it doesn't turn out any better, worse case...
